Ecom’s point system is flexible and easy to use.

Ecom students purchase points which can then be exchanged for lessons. Points are not debited from the student’s account until the beginning of each lesson, meaning that students are free to reschedule up to 12 hours prior to the start of the lesson without penalty. See below for more information.

1.5 Points = 30 Minute Lesson 

3 Points = 1 Hour Lesson

Points are available to purchase in increments from 16 to 256. Purchase in bulk for great value.

New students must pay a one off enrollment fee of $95 AUD.

* Students who wish to have the ability to share points between family members must pay an extra $190 fee upon enrollment. This also applies to companies, however the fee depends on the number of employees using the service. Please contact us if you require more information.

For new customers, the expiry period begins day of purchase of the points. For customers who already have points, it starts on the day that you use up all of your previous points.

We send an email to customers a month prior to expiry to remind them to use up/recharge their points. We unfortunately cannot refund any points within 1 month of their expiry.

We use the PayPal payment gateway for processing payment. Through PayPal, you can pay with any major credit card. We will send payment instructions to new customers via email after we receive your application. Please be aware that PayPal fees may apply.
